At TheDropsVerse, we take immense pride in creating your unique, print on order t-shirts. As each order is made specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind etc, once the order has been processed and printed.

Please carefully review your design, size, color, and any other specifications before placing your order. Our website provides detailed size charts and previews to help you make the right choices.

1. Addressing Manufacturing Defects or Errors on Our Part

While we strive for the highest quality, if your printed t-shirt arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., misaligned print, damaged fabric upon arrival) or if we made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong size or design compared to your order confirmation), please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

Please ensure that the t-shirt(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Upon verification, we will be happy to offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: We will reprint and ship the correct t-shirt to you at no additional cost.
  • Store Credit: If a replacement is not desired or feasible, we may offer store credit for the full value of the item.

2. How to Initiate a Claim for Defects or Errors:

To initiate a claim for a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  • Please provide your order number, clear photographs or videos showcasing the defect or error, and a detailed description of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Please note that returns and refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size charts carefully before placing the order).
  • Change of mind or personal preference after the order has been processed and printed.
  • Minor variations in color or design appearance due to differences in monitor settings or the custom printing process (we strive for accuracy, but slight variations can occur).

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your t-shirt(s) for a different size or color of the same design or would like to choose any other collection, please inform our customer support team during the exchange initiation.
  • A non-refundable exchange fee of ₹ 249 will be applicable for all exchanges, this fee covers processing and handling the exchange.
  • The t-shirt you wish to exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may be able to cancel your order within a limited timeframe [within 24 hours of placing the order, or before it enters the printing process]. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you wish to cancel. Once the order has moved into production, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If we cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability of stock), a full refund will be initiated.

  • While we cannot offer returns or refunds for print on order items in most cases, we are committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product that matches your order. If you encounter a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will work diligently to find a fair and satisfactory resolution.
